Data Request Form

This form should be completed by an M+A sales representative (Regional Manager or segment Vice President) for any customer - new or existing - who is requesting product data/information.

In order to complete this form, you will need to:  

  • Have a conversation with the customer to determine their requirements for accepting and loading product data/information and photos.
  • Review the website(s) where the products will be listed to better understand what products we should make available and how we can best position those  for success with this distributor's customer base on this particular platform.

Once you submit your completed form, please schedule a call with the marketing team to review the customer information and data request.  Work will not begin on your data request until after the call.

Please note: Turnaround time is largely dependent upon the complexity of the list and whether or not customer cost and UPCs are required.  Minimum turnaround time for a list without customer pricing or UPCs is 1 week.  Minimum turnaround time for a list with customer pricing or UPCs is 2 weeks.  Minimum turnaround time for a list with both customer pricing and UPCs is 3 weeks.  The clock on turnaround does not begin until AFTER you have submitted this form and reviewed the form with a member of the marketing team.  Following that call you will receive a more accurate estimate on completion of your list.
