CompuTuft Logo Mat

Product Number 30 (2-4 colors), 33 (2-4 colors high-res) 300 (5-6 colors), 333 (5-6 colors high-res)
CompuTuft logo mats are created using MasterweaveTM technology, a computerized tufting process that weaves the design into the nylon carpet surface. Because the logo/design is tufted into the carpet using different colors of solution-dyed yarn (rather than dying or printing on white carpet), CompuTuft mats offer excellent colorfastness (fade resistance).
  • Plush & Resilient - High-twist, heat set nylon resists crushing, traps dust and dirt, and extends the useful life of the mat
  • Fade Resistant - Solution-dyed nylon won't fade in sunlight or with repeated washing
  • Safe - Certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)
  • 23 color options available with up to 6 colors per mat; available in standard (26 ounces per square yard) or high-resolution (32 ounces per square yard)
  • Available with choice of SBR (48 mil) or nitrile rubber (52 mil, 65 mil, 90 mil) with smooth, cleated, or suction backing; please note that high-res mats are only available on 65 mil and 90 mil nitrile rubber
  • Commercially launderable (when backed with nitrile rubber)

Recommended for indoor commercial use at entryways, in lobbies, at front desks or anywhere you want to display your company logo.

STANDARDS & TESTING

  • Certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI)
  • Passes DOC-FF1-70 for the surface flammability of carpet

CompuTuft mats can be cleaned in several different ways.

  • They can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  • Vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications)
  • Cleaned with an extractor, or hosed off as necessary to remove heavy soil.  Hang to dry.

Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service.

CompuTuft mats can be commercially laundered. Proper laundering will prolong the life of the mat by preventing the buildup of soil and soap residue.  For best results, solution-dyed nylon mats like CompuTuft should not be washed with space-dyed nylon mats.

  2. Flush (optional) 2-3 minutes, medium water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  3. Break 2-3 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  5. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold

  9. Dry (recommended) 5-10 minutes, 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) basket temp.

  11. Lay mats flat following removal from washer or dryer.  Allow to cool before rolling.  Roll the mats with the nap out for delivery.

For heavy soiled mats, break temperature can be raised to 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).  Please note: when drying mats made of solution-dyed nylon yarn, it is possible to melt the carpet surface.  Be sure dryer basket temperatures do not exceed 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).
